I made these little cheesecakes on April 4th. My family has definitely been enjoying the little deserts I’ve made for them. When I told them I was making cheesecake they couldn’t wait to try it! Each of my family members who got to try the cheesecake said they were great. I personally think the cheesecakes would have been great without the jelly on top. The sweetness from the jelly took away from the cheesecake. All you could mainly taste was the strawberry jam. If I decide to make another cheesecake i won’t be adding strawberry jam.
